How do I get the AC Marriott room block rate?
You can use this link or you can call direct and say you are with the McSpadden Weitz wedding.
Will I need to rent a car?
All wedding events are either in downtown Bozeman or at Hardscrabble Ranch. We will provide transport on the wedding day, so you won’t have to rent a car if you stay downtown.
Will it be cold?
Late March can throw a bit of everything at you—it’s Montana after all! Please come prepared to enjoy an outdoor ceremony. We suggest you wear your ski attire from the outset. Prepare for temperatures between 20 and 50 degrees. If we get a particularly cold or stormy day, we will shift the ceremony indoors.

Is this an adult only event?
Yes. We are having an action packed day. For this reason, it will be an adults-only affair.
What do I wear to the wedding?
See our attire page and come ready in your ski gear! If you do not plan on skiing, wear your reception outfit! Bring something warm for an outdoor ceremony.
What should I bring with me?
Come dressed ready to ski. Bring your equipment if you are not renting. Make sure you have a lunch or snack if you don't want to purchase your lunch at Bridger Bowl. Finally, bring your change of clothes for the reception. See our attire page for more details. Most important: bring your amazing self and have some fun with us all wedding day long!
Can I drive to the venue?
While you can drive to the venue on wedding day, we suggest you take our shuttle. It is a canyon drive with potentially icy roads. You also won't have to designate a sober driver should you take the shuttle to and from the venue. If you still want to drive, there will be plenty of parking spaces available.
When and where will the bus pick me up?
On Friday, the bus will pick up all guests outside of the AC Marriott at 8:30 AM. Please be ready 15 minutes ahead of time.
Will the bus have storage for my ski gear?
Each bus has a storage area where you can load your skis, poles, boots, and bags.
Should I eat breakfast on the wedding day?
No! We will have a casual, catered breakfast for you when you arrive to Hard Scrabble Ranch. Coffee and tea will also be provided. It will be a delicious spread so come hungry!
What about lunch?
Please prepare for lunch on your own. You can pack something or order food at Bridger Bowl. We'll serve appetizers at 4:30 PM, and of course, we will have dinner at the reception.
Is there a place to change?
Yes. We will provide some changing stations after skiing at Hardscrabble Ranch. We love you as you are, and we understand after a ski day we may not look our best. That’s fine! We just want you here to enjoy the day.
What do I wear to the reception?
See attire page. We will be pretty casual and we’re not worried about helmet hair after a long day of skiing and fun.

We’re shutting down the party at 10PM. So while we start early, we’ll be finished before we know it. The first bus will leave the venue at 8:30 PM and the remaining busses leave after the wedding is over.
